Seeking Buyers Agent in Fort Wayne

Starting out in real estate was an eye opening experience for me.  I spent my first three years disappointing myself and my broker, finding it next to impossible to come up with that “next deal” to put a commission in my pocket.  I would sit and watch the other agents in my office call prospects and set appointments and be busy all day long and wonder, “How do they do it?”

I will be starting my 10th year in the business in December and I have been through a lot.  I have learned a great deal, sometimes the easy way and a lot of times, the hard way.  One thing I have learned and learned well is how to generate business.

Currently I carry 20 to 30 foreclosure listings at any given time and represent half a dozen different banks.  As you know, REOs are the “Hot” market right now.  Buyers expect a deal, so the first place they look is for a foreclosure.  Most weeks, my phone rings several times a day with prospects looking for information on the listings I have.  Many of these leads do not get the attention they deserve from me as I very busy handling the listing side.

In an effort to grow my business and better serve my clients, I am looking to hire a licensed buyer’s agent.  I will be interviewing agents during the next few weeks and plan to hire someone who fit my needs and personality.  That person will need to be prepared to begin working for me at #1 Advantage Realtors immediately.  I will pass the majority of the leads and inquiries from my listings to my new buyer’s agent, and help you to become successful as you help me.

If you are interested in an opportunity to work with more buyers and expand your real estate career, call me at 260-704-6253 to set up a time for an interview.  During the interview, we will discuss compensation, real estate dues and my expectations of your role.  Please come prepared with your resume, “brag book”, licensing and con-ed information, and any questions you may have.  I am looking forward to hearing from you!

With Great Enthusiasm,

Joe Leksich
