Did you know that Indiana is 1 of the top 3 states in the nation in Foreclosures! Fort Wayne is the second in the state!!!! There are so many deals to be had. Not only can you find a good deal in a Foreclosure, there are also a large number of Short Sales. For those of you who do not know what a short sale is, here is a short definition. A short sale is when the bank takes a loss on the mortgage so they do not have to foreclose on the home.
I have also seen a lot of relocations become great deals where they are selling for a good deal less than the list price. Even builders are discounting their model homes to get rid of their inventory!
With all these great deals to be had, if you are looking to buy a home or looking for an investment property, now is the time to act. Interest rates are still great and making it so affordable to buy a home. AND sellers want to get their homes sold and are making deals so they can move on!
